Recipe Nutritional Analysis Services
Nutritional analysis services are provided by Madelyn L. Wheeler. She is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Educator, Fellow of the American Dietetics Association, and has a master’s degree in nutrition/institutional management from Ohio State University. She was formerly coordinator, Research Dietetics, for the Indiana University School of Medicine (Dept of Medicine, Endocrinology Section, Diabetes Prevention and Control Center), Indianapolis. She has an extensive background in recipe analysis (using the NCC recipe analysis program). She has analyzed recipes for most of the cookbooks the American Diabetes Association produces, as well as the Diabetes Forecast magazine recipes.
