A single meal, usually the next meal to be eaten, can be planned on this form. You can start with a blank meal and add the foods you wish to eat. The nutritional

content of the meal is displayed with comparisons to your meal pattern and nutritional goals. If a meal pattern value or nutrient content  is below its target, the value

 is displayed  in blue and if it  is above its target, it is displayed in red. The Score is an overall measure of how well the meal meets your nutritional goals.

 

Over 500 meals are included with the program, you can select one of these meals by clicking its name in the Library Meal table. You can enter your own meals

(e.g. weekday breakfast) into the Meal Library. Once a meal is selected you can make changes to it (e.g. replace an orange with an apple).
